  Nothing like this place anywhere in Rhode Island. The freshest seafood, vegetables and meats. Farm to table foods and the oysters, clams, etc are literally pulled from the salt ponds and the ocean right off the rear deck of this place. Wonderful waitstaff and atmosphere. Generally a bit of a wait "just to get into the parking lot" let alone the restaurant, but well worth the wait. Try the Calamari and oyster sampler...they are to die for!!!

  This is an AWESOME restaurant. Please check out, if you'd like atmosphere, AWESOME food, seafood and vegetables, grown fresh and picked this is place for you!! Need gluten free, they gave great choices and things they can make gluten free. Prices good compared to other restaurants. Plus, seafood you get her is probably same as what you receive from other restaurants. They are biggest supplier, check out you tube videos. Sit upstairs and beautiful views

  Love the story behind the restaurant. Came highly recommended online and by local people. Being from Long Island, New York, I usually have Blue Point Oysters which are a good size and have a nice flavor. The oysters I tried , both cooked and raw, were much smaller than what I was used to but the flavor was very good. The service was attentive throughout and the owner came by the table a couple of times while we were eating to ask how everything was. The seared scallops were excellent while the blackened yellow fin tuna, though not bad, did leave a bit to be desired. The special dessert of the day was a fruit tart with local blueberries, blackberries and raspberries with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. I would guess that the whipped cream tastes home made. Wonderful dessert. My only gripe would be that the tart shell was a little underdone. Also tried the chocolate bread pudding. It was very nice as well. WORD OF ADVICE!!!!!! Get there early or you will have to wait for a table. My wife and I were seated at 4:45 when it was only half full. When we left at 6:30, it was packed with people waiting outside.
